Order Processing

● All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
● Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
● Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.

● Within Kerala & Karnataka: 2–4 working days
● Rest of India: 4–7 working days
● Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier availability, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Charges

● Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1000/-.
● A nominal fee of ₹49–₹79 applies for orders below ₹1000 or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

● COD is available for most pincodes across India.
● Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
● Repeated COD order cancellations may lead to temporary restriction on your account.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Tracking ID and link to track your shipment in real-time through our courier partner or through the “Track Your Order” page on our website.

Damaged / Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing:
1. Take a clear photo/video of the package and products.
2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
3. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per policy.
