At YouthFace, we are committed to delivering genuine skincare and fragrance products in perfect condition. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once the product has been shipped from our warehouse.
No Return / Refund After Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, it is not eligible for return or refund, except in the specific cases listed below.
Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement
We accept refund or replacement requests only under the following circumstances:
Wrong / Mismatched Product
If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
Damaged Product
If the product arrives in a damaged or leaking condition.
Expired Product
If the product delivered has passed its expiry date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:
Order number
Name of the product(s)
Clear photos/videos showing the issue (damage, mismatch, or expiry date)
Our customer support team will review your request within 48 hours.
Reverse Pickup & Verification
Once your request is approved:
YouthFace will arrange reverse pickup at our cost.
Products must be returned in original packaging with all components.
Refund Processing
After the returned product is received and verified:
Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Amount will be credited to the original payment method.
Important Notes
Requests made after the 48-hour window may not be accepted.
Products that are used, tampered with, or returned without original packaging will not be eligible for refund.
YouthFace reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet the above conditions.
