Return & Cancellation Policy

At Youth Face, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality skincare and fragrance products. We understand that occasionally issues may arise, and we have established this Return and Cancellation Policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our valued customers.

Returns are exclusively accepted for products that have been delivered in a wrong, damaged, or expired condition. We do not accept returns for products that have been used, opened for testing purposes, or simply due to a change of mind, as our skincare and fragrance products are meant for personal use and hygiene purposes. If you receive a product that falls under our acceptable return criteria, you must initiate your refund request within seven days of receiving your order by sending a detailed email to info@youthface.co.in with your order number, photographs of the damaged or incorrect product, and a clear description of the issue.

Upon receiving and reviewing your refund request, our customer service team will evaluate your claim and, if approved, will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product at no additional cost to you. Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and condition for the return process. Once we receive and verify the returned product at our facility, we will process your refund within twenty-four hours, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within the standard processing time of your financial institution.

Regarding order cancellations, we can only accommodate cancellation requests that are submitted within twelve hours of placing your order, provided that the order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. Cancellation requests must be sent to info@youthface.co.in with your order number and reason for cancellation. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow our standard return process if it meets the eligible criteria.

Youth Face reserves the right to decline any return or cancellation requests that do not comply with the terms outlined in this policy or fall outside the specified timeframes. We also reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
