At Youth Face, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our skincare and fragrance products. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we have established this refund policy to address such situations. We accept refund requests only in specific circumstances: if you have received the wrong item, if the product is damaged upon arrival, or if the product has expired. To request a refund, please contact us at info@youthface.co.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

When submitting a refund request, please include your order number, the specific items you wish to return, and clear photos showing any damage or expiration date if applicable. Our customer service team will review your request within 48 hours. Once your refund request is approved, Youth Face will arrange a reverse pickup of the product at our expense. After we receive and verify the returned items, we will process your refund within 24 hours. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Please note that all products must be returned in their original packaging with all components included. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that fall outside our eligibility criteria or timeframe.
